Account information: name, email address, organization name, and password (stored in hashed form) when you create an account.
Billing information: payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Content you create: websites, pages, images, videos, presentations, social posts, and other materials you build or upload through the Services.
Communications: messages you send us for support or feedback.
When an organization uses the Services to communicate with its members — for example, collecting SMS opt-ins, form submissions, newsletter signups, or event registrations — that organization is the controller of that information. We process it on the organization's behalf to deliver the Services.
Log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps.
Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used.
The Services allow organizations to send text messages to community members who have expressly opted in, typically by scanning an organization-specific QR code and confirming consent on a signup page that identifies the sending organization and the types of messages they will receive.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies by organization. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
We maintain records of opt-in consent and honor opt-out requests promptly.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver messages through our messaging service providers.

Service providers that help us operate the platform, including payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), SMS/messaging delivery, content delivery and media hosting (Bunny CDN / Bunny Stream), cloud infrastructure and rendering (AWS), and authentication (Google OAuth). These providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us.
The organization you belong to, if you interact with an organization's site or opt in to its communications.
Legal authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.
A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. Content you create is retained until you delete it or your account is closed. SMS consent records are retained as required by carrier and regulatory rules. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, and access controls that isolate each organization's data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Access and update: you can view and update account information from your dashboard.
Deletion: you may request deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@usemarketr.io.
SMS opt-out: reply STOP to any message.
Email opt-out: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Service-related emails (billing, security) will continue while you hold an account.
Cookies: most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some features may not function without them.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you and to request its correction or deletion. We honor such requests in accordance with applicable law.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Sites built with useBuildR and content shared through the Services may link to third-party websites and services (for example, giving platforms or social networks). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
